Zucchini gnocchi

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg of zucchini
  • 3 tablespoons of grated Parmesan
  • 1 tablespoon of margarine
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 and 1/2 cup of wheat flour
  • Flour wheat flour

Sauce:

  • 2 wedges of chopped garlic
  • 4 leather -free and chopped tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 cup of water
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 pinch of sugar

Preparation:

  1. Cook the steam courgettes for 5 minutes.
  2. Remove, cut in half, discard the seeds, cut into medium pieces and beat in a blender.

  6. For the sauce, in a pan, over medium heat, brown the onion and garlic in olive oil until it is passionate.
  7. Transfer to the blender with the tomatoes, the water and beat until smooth.
  8. Go back to a pan and cook over low heat for 15 minutes.
  9. Season with salt, pepper, add the sugar and cook for another 5 minutes.
  10. On a floured floured surface, open the mass, the model rolls and cut into small pieces.
  11. Cook the rolls of gnocchi in boiling water with salt until they rise on the surface of the water.
  12. Drain and transfer to a plate. Cover with spicy sauce and serve.
