Chicken breast ingredients in the pressure cooker

  • Salt, pepper and chopped parsley to taste
  • 1 red pepper cut into strips
  • 1 carrot, sliced ​​diagonally
  • 1 cup of cauliflower in bunches
  • 1 cup peeled pearl onion (peeled)
  • 1 chicken stock cube
  • 1/2 cup (tea) of water

Method of preparation

Heat the oil in a pressure cooker over high heat and quickly brown the fillet over high heat. Reserve. Season with salt and pepper.
