The report on the value of “Bello e Ben Fatto” was published on SP
The so-called Italian “Bello e Benfatto” – quality “Made in Italy” products that combine beauty, excellence and tradition – are worth more than 170 billion euros in exports.
The information is contained in the report “Exporting la Dolce Vita”, prepared by the General Confederation of Italian Industry (Confindustria), published this Saturday (18th) on the occasion of an event organized by the São Paulo Fashion Week, in the capital of São Paulo.
The initiative concerns a basket of 756 emblematic products “which are not simply defined by a sector or technology, but by recognisability, industrial craftsmanship and reputational value on international markets”.
This package is crisis-proof and has the potential to increase foreign sales by an additional €27.6 billion.
Created in collaboration with SACE and with the support of ANFAO, Confindustria Accessori Moda, Confindustria Moda, Confindustria Náutica, Federalimentare and FederlegnoArredo, the report identifies high quality products “Made in Italy”? the so-called “Beautiful and Well Made”? as the most solid lever to strengthen the country’s global presence through long-term economic and cultural partnerships. .
