  • 5 spoons (soup) oat flakes
  • 2 spoons (soup) of sugar
  • 2 cups (tea) of milk (of your choice)

  1. In a pan, with the heat still off, mix all the ingredients.
  2. Over medium heat, slowly stir the ingredients until it boils.
  3. Lower the heat and continue mixing.
