Who said sweets should be completely excluded from the diet, right? After all, there are many healthy sweet dishes that can be included in the menu without deviating from your diet. And the best part is that, on top of that, they are incredibly delicious! See some of these sweet options below:
Avocado ganache
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe avocado;
- 2 tablespoons of banana biomass;
- 2 tablespoons of MCTs;
- 3 tablespoons demerara sugar.
Preparation method:
Place the avocado and biomass into the food processor and blend for one minute. Add the sugar and coconut oil and beat for another 30 seconds. Place to freeze.

Wholemeal apple pie
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups wheat flour (180 g);
- 1 cup wholemeal flour (120 g);
- 1/2 teaspoon salt;
- 1 tablespoon culinary sweetener (8 g);
- 1/2 cup culinary margarine (75 g);
- 2 eggs.
Filling:
- 4 apples (400 g);
- 1 tablespoon of wheat flour (10 g);
- 3 tablespoons culinary sweetener (24 g);
- 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon (4g);
- Juice of 1 small lemon;
- 2 tablespoons of flaxseeds (12 g).
Preparation method:
Place all the dough ingredients in a container and mix until you obtain a smooth dough. Place in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes. Book. For the filling, peel the apples, remove the seeds and cut them into a crescent shape. Place it in a bowl and mix the apples well with the rest of the ingredients.
Roll out half the dough and place it in a 22cm diameter pan. Add the filling and roll out the rest of the dough to a thickness of about 2 cm. Place the filling on top. Pinch the edges and make a few cuts with the tip of the knife. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 40 minutes.

Banana sorbet
Ingredients:
- 4 ripe bananas;
- Lemon zest.
Preparation method:
Blend the bananas in the blender, or with a fork, until a creamy and smooth mixture is formed. Place the mixture in the freezer for 2 hours. Finish with lemon zest.

Yogurt pudding with blackberry sauce
Ingredients:
- 2 packs of natural yogurt (340g);
- 1 pack of light cream (200g);
- 1/2 pack of sugar-free condensed milk powder (100g);
- 1 pack of colorless and tasteless gelatine powder (12 g).
Syrup
- 1/4 cup water (50 ml);
- 5 tablespoons of fructose (60 g);
- 100g frozen or fresh blackberries.
Preparation method:
Prepare the gelatine and condensed milk according to the instructions on the package and set aside. Add the rest of the ingredients. Place in a greased pudding mold and place in the refrigerator for about 3 hours. For the syrup, heat all the ingredients and mix for about 10 minutes. Unmold the pudding and cover it with the syrup;
