Sandwich ingredients
- 1 cup (tea) of milk
- 1/2 cup (tea) of oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon of wheat flour
- 200 g of grated mozzarella
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 500 g of sour starch
- oil for greasing
Filling
- 2 and 1/2 cups cooked and shredded chicken breast
- 1 diced seedless tomato
- Salt, pepper and chopped parsley to taste
- 1 1/2 cups ricotta
Method of preparation
For the filling, mix the ingredients in a bowl and set aside. In a pan, heat the milk with the oil over medium heat. Let it cool and blend with the eggs, wheat flour, grated cheese and salt. Transfer to a bowl and mix the sprinkle until smooth. Take small portions of dough, put a portion of filling and shape it into a coxinha shape. Place in a greased form and place in a preheated medium oven (180ºC) for 25 minutes. Serve immediately.
