Ingredients

  • 1 apple
  • 2 slices of pineapple
  • Mint leaves to taste
  • 400 ml of oat milk
  • Ice to taste

Preparation method

Peel the apple, remove the seeds and cut it into small pieces. Cut the pineapple slices into small pieces. In a blender, blend the apple, pineapple, oat milk and ice until you obtain a smooth drink. Garnish the smoothie with mint leaves and serve immediately.

  • 2 kiwis
  • 1 green apple

  • 500 ml of soy milk
  • Ice to taste

Preparation method

Peel the kiwis and green apple and cut them into small pieces. In a blender, blend the green apple, kiwis and soy milk for 3 minutes. Add the lemon juice, spinach, mint leaves, chia and ice and blend again until you obtain a smooth drink. Serve then.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of watermelon
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 150ml coconut milk

Preparation method

Blend the papaya, passion fruit pulp, turmeric, cashew milk and sugar cane syrup in a blender until you obtain a velvety consistency. Then add ice and beat again. Serve then.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of peeled melon
  • 1 peeled pear
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 300 ml of milk almonds ice-cream
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Ice cubes and mint leaves to taste

Preparation method

Cut the melon and pear into small pieces and place them in a blender. Add almond milk, honey and ice. Beat until you obtain a creamy and uniform mixture. Transfer to a tall glass and add the chia seeds, stirring lightly with a spoon. Complete with fresh mint leaves and serve chilled.
