Ingredients
- 1 apple
- 2 slices of pineapple
- Mint leaves to taste
- 400 ml of oat milk
- Ice to taste
Preparation method
Peel the apple, remove the seeds and cut it into small pieces. Cut the pineapple slices into small pieces. In a blender, blend the apple, pineapple, oat milk and ice until you obtain a smooth drink. Garnish the smoothie with mint leaves and serve immediately.

Ingredients
- 1 sleeve
- 1/2 avocado

- 2 slices of peeled melon
- 1 peeled pear

- 300 ml of milk almonds ice-cream

Preparation method
