  • 1/2 grated onion
  • 1 bunch of boiled, squeezed and chopped spinach
  • 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
  • 1 cup (tea) of milk
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese

Method of preparation

Make a paste with the butter, garlic and sage. Season the chicken and set aside. Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat and brown the onion for 2 minutes. Add the spinach and sauté for 2 minutes. Dissolve the cornstarch in the milk and pour it into the pan, stirring until it thickens. Season with salt and pepper and remove from heat. Mix the cheese and pour into a serving dish.   • 500 g of tagliatelle noodles

  • 2 slices of chopped Calabrian sausage

  • 4 chopped tomatoes
  • 3 cups of chopped tomatoes
  • 1 heaping tablespoon of salt
  • 2 cups diced mozzarella

  • 1 seedless zucchini, cut into cubes
  • 4 fillets of rump or sirloin (about 200 g each)

  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 3 minced garlic cloves

Method of preparation

Steam the carrots for 3 minutes. Add the broccoli, potatoes and cook for 5 minutes.
