  • water for cooking

Method of preparation

Peel the potatoes, cut them in half and put them in a pan. Cover with water, add salt and cook over medium heat until soft. After, drain the water, transfer the potatoes to a container and mash them with the help of a fork. Add the milk and butter and mix until pureed. Reserve. In a pan, put the olive oil, onion, garlic and heat over medium heat until golden brown.

Add the minced meat and let it cook until the water dries. Season with salt, pepper and parsley. Reserve. Line a refractory with half of the mashed potatoes, make a layer of mozzarella, another layer of minced meat and cover with the rest of the puree. Complete with a layer of mozzarella. Bake in the oven at medium temperature for 40 minutes. Serve immediately.

Pasta

  • 300 ml of milk
  • 300 g of wheat flour
  • 300 ml of soybean oil
  • 100 g of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 g of sour cream
  • Butter and wheat flour for greasing

Filling

  • 1 chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 1 onion
  • 1 crushed clove of garlic
  • 1 drizzle of oil
  • 200 g of green corn
  • 200 g of peas
  • Salt, ground pepper and coriander to taste

Roof

  • 200 ml of sour cream
  • 200 ml of cottage cheese

Method of preparation

Put all the ingredients for the dough in a blender and blend until you get a homogeneous consistency. Reserve. In a pan, add the oil and heat over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and brown. Add the chicken cut into strips and cook for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and add the corn, peas and cilantro. Reserve.

Put the cream and cream cheese in a bowl and mix until well incorporated. Reserve. Grease a pan with butter and wheat flour. to pour half of the dough on it make a layer of chicken and another with the mixture of cream and curd. Finish with the rest of the dough, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in a preheated oven at medium temperature until golden brown. Serve immediately.

  • 600 g of tomato sauce

  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 drizzle of oil
  • Salt to taste

Method of preparation

In a pan with hot water and salt, put tagliatelle and cook over medium heat until al dente. Then, drain the noodles in a colander, transfer them to a refractory and set aside. Then put the oil in a pan and put it on medium heat to heat. Then add the onion and garlic and cook until golden brown. Add the ground beef and cook until the water dries. Add the tomato sauce, season with salt and cook for another 5 minutes. Pour the sauce over the pasta kept aside, sprinkle with grated cheese and serve immediately.
