- 2 cucumbers with peel
- 250 g of cooked ham, cut into strips
- 250 g of grated mozzarella

Method of preparation

- 3 cucumbers

Method of preparation

- 200 ml of yogurt

- 3 chopped mint leaves
Method of preparation
In a blender put the pieces of cucumber, yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, mint leaves and olive oil. Beat until you get a homogeneous cream. Transfer it to a bowl, season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.

ingredients
- 4 peeled cucumbers
- 1 chopped onion
- 5 minced garlic cloves
- 2 diced tomatoes
- 1 cup of olive oil
- 3 tablespoons of sake
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Method of preparation
With a grater, grate the cucumbers in the shape of spaghetti and set them aside. In a pan, add the oil and put over medium heat to heat. Then add the onion and garlic and leave to cook until golden brown. Add the tomatoes and mix for 3 minutes. Add the salt, pepper and sake and boil until it boils.
