Filling

  • 1 can of sour cream
  • 400 g of chopped semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon of cognac or rum
  • 2 cans of strawberries (600 g)
  • Milk chocolate flakes to decorate
  • Powdered sugar for sprinkling

Method of preparation

In a bowl put the yeast, salt, sugar and mix until it forms a liquid. Add the oil, water and flour, a little at a time, until it comes off your hands. If necessary, add more flour. Knead the dough well, divide it into 2 parts, let it rest for 15 minutes or until it doubles in volume. Open the dough, help yourself with a rolling pin, put it in a mold and prick it with a fork and take it to the oven, preheated, for 15 minutes or until golden brown.

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, mix it with the cream and cognac or rum. Spread over the pizzas and bake in the oven for 5 minutes. Remove from the oven, distribute the strawberries cut in half, decorate with chocolate flakes, sprinkle with icing sugar and serve.

Syrup

Method of preparation

  • 2 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 1 pinch of salt

Method of preparation

In a bowl, mix the bananas with the lemon juice, half the sugar and the chocolate. Divide into 4 medium molds. In another bowl, mix the rest of the sugar with the rest of the ingredients, forming a crumb.

Spread the banana on top of the molds, place in a mold and take to a preheated medium oven (180ºC) for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Let it cool and then serve.

Filling

  • 1 teaspoon of cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup of orange juice
  • 500 g of chopped strawberries

Method of preparation

Sift the flours and salt into a bowl. Make a hole in the center, add the egg white, milk and water, little by little, mixing. Beat well with a wooden spoon until a bubbly mass is obtained. In a greased pan, fry portions of the dough on both sides, forming 8 crepes. In a skillet, bring the cornstarch dissolved in the juice to low heat, stirring for 2 minutes or until thickened. Add the strawberries and mix. Arrange portions of filling in the center of the crepes and fold them in 4. Decorate with strawberries, jam and serve hot.

  • 6 large apples, thinly sliced

Method of preparation

In a bowl, mix the margarine and egg. Gradually add the flour and sugar and mix with your fingertips. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin between two sheets of cling film and use it to line the bottom and sides of a pan with a removable bottom of 30 cm in diameter. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
