rice cart

ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of chopped bacon
  • 1/2 cup of chopped peppers
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 crushed cloves of garlic
  • 1 chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 cup of tea dried meat
  • 1 peeled and seeded tomato, chopped
  • 2 cups of uncooked rice
  • Salt and chopped chives to taste
  • Waterfall

Method of preparation

Clean the dried meat and cut it into pieces. Place in a container, cover with water and cover with cling film. Refrigerate for 12 hours, changing the water every 4 hours. Then, discard the water, put the meat in a pressure cooker, cover with water and bring it to medium heat to cook for 30 minutes after taking pressure. Turn off the heat, drain the water, wait for it to cool and chop the meat. Reserve.

Rice

In a skillet, place the bacon and peppers and bring them over medium heat to fry until golden brown. Add the onion and garlic and sauté until the onion is wilted. Add the pepper and tomato and sauté for another 5 minutes. Add the dried meat and rice and mix well. Season with salt, cover with water and cover the pan. Cook until the water dries. Turn off the heat, sprinkle with chives and serve immediately.

ingredients

  • 300 g of cassava flour
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of chopped basil
  • 50 g of minced bacon
  • 50 g of minced pork sausage
  • 1 chopped Calabrian sausage
  • 3 tablespoons of chopped parsley
  • 3 tablespoons of chopped chives
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 sachet of seasoning to taste
  • 3 minced garlic cloves
  • 1/2 cup of oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 drizzle of olive oil

Method of preparation

In the blender, place the eggs, salt and seasoning sachet and beat until incorporated. Reserve. In a pan, add the oil and heat over medium heat. Then add the onion and garlic and saute until golden brown. Add the pork sausage, the pepperoni sausage and bacon and fry until golden brown. Add the beaten eggs and brown well. Finally add the parsley, chives, basil and cassava flour and mix. Drizzle the farofa with oil and serve immediately.

ingredients

  • 250 g of mayonnaise
  • 3 potatoes
  • 2 carrots
  • 280 g of canned corn
  • 280 g of canned peas
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped chives
  • Salt and ground pepper to taste
  • Waterfall

Method of preparation

Peel the potatoes and carrots, cut them into cubes and put them in a pan. Cover with water and put over medium heat to cook until tender. Turn off the heat, drain the water and wait for it to cool. Then in a container, put the potatoes, carrots, corn, peas and chives and mix well. Gradually add the mayonnaise until incorporated. Season with salt and pepper and refrigerate for 2 hours. Serve immediately.

Tip: serve garnished with parsley.
