Gluten-free savory chicken pie (super easy)

Dr. Cláudia Merlo, doctor and nutritionist, has prepared a delicious recipe that can be easily made using the blender. Take a look below:

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 cup of water
  • 2 scoops of neutral-flavored whey protein (Claudia points to the Isofort brand, which you can buy here)
  • 1 scoop of psyllium flour
  • 1 tablespoon of almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon of yeast
  • 3 eggs

METHOD OF PREPARATION

  • Pour all ingredients into a blender and whisk until smooth.
  • In a silicone form, put 1 layer of this dough
  • Followed by the chicken filling (Claudia’s advice is to prepare 6 tablespoons of grated chicken with a little tomato sauce, sour cream and seasonings to taste)
  • Cover with the rest of the dough
  • Put in the oven to bake for 40 minutes at 200 degrees.
  • Turn out and serve!
