Dr. Cláudia Merlo, doctor and nutritionist, has prepared a delicious recipe that can be easily made using the blender. Take a look below:
INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 cup of water
- 2 scoops of neutral-flavored whey protein (Claudia points to the Isofort brand, which you can buy here)
- 1 scoop of psyllium flour
- 1 tablespoon of almond flour
- 1 teaspoon of yeast
- 3 eggs
METHOD OF PREPARATION
- Pour all ingredients into a blender and whisk until smooth.
- In a silicone form, put 1 layer of this dough
- Followed by the chicken filling (Claudia’s advice is to prepare 6 tablespoons of grated chicken with a little tomato sauce, sour cream and seasonings to taste)
- Cover with the rest of the dough
- Put in the oven to bake for 40 minutes at 200 degrees.
- Turn out and serve!
