  • 1 cup of cream cheese (200 g)
  • 1 cup of grated mozzarella
  • Straw potatoes for sprinkling

Corn cream

  • 1 1/2 cups green corn, drained
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1 cup (tea) of milk
  • 1 chicken stock cube
  • 1 tablespoon of wheat flour
  • 1 box of sour cream (200 g)

Method of preparation

Blend half of the corn, butter, milk, chicken stock and flour in a blender. Transfer to a skillet, add the remaining corn and put over medium heat, stirring until thickened. Mix the cream and set aside. In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat and fry the onion and garlic for 3 minutes.
