Wholemeal banana cake with plums

ingredients
- 6 ripe bananas, chopped
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup (tea) of oil
- 1/2 cup (tea) of skim milk
- 1 cup (tea) of sugar
- 1 cup (tea) of brown sugar
- 1/2 cup (tea) of wheat flour
- 1/2 cup (tea) of wholemeal flour
- 1 cup oat bran (oat bran)
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- 1 1/2 cups chopped prunes
- Margarine and wheat flour for greasing
- 1 teaspoon (s) of ground cinnamon
Method of preparation
In a blender, beat the bananas, eggs, oil, milk and sugars. Then transfer to a bowl, mix the flours, oat bran and baking powder with a wire whisk. Then add the plums, stir with a spoon and transfer to a large, greased, floured and cinnamon-dusted pan. Bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes or until stuck a toothpick comes out clean. Finally let it cool, unmold and serve, to taste, decorating with a cinnamon stick.
Fried sea bass with plantain puree

- 1 clove of crushed garlic
- 1 tablespoon of chopped cilantro
- 1 lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil

- 4 boiled bananas
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1/2 cup (tea) of cream
- Chilli and chopped cilantro for garnish
Method of preparation
Season the steaks with garlic, cilantro, lemon, salt and pepper. In a pan heat the oil and brown the sea bass fillets. In a saucepan, boil the water and cook the plantains until soft. Squeeze the bananas with a potato masher or fork and toss in the butter for 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and add the cream. Serve with the fish. Garnish with chopped chili and coriander.
Banana crumble with cocoa

- 4 ripe bananas, chopped
- 1 lemon juice
- 4 tablespoons of brown sugar
- 150 g of chopped 70% cocoa chocolate
- 1/2 cup (tea) of margarine
- 3 tablespoons of rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons of wheat flour
- 1 pinch of salt
Method of preparation
In a bowl, mix the bananas with the lemon juice, half the sugar and the chocolate. Divide into 4 medium molds. In another bowl, mix the rest of the sugar with the rest of the ingredients, forming a crumb.
Spread the banana on top of the molds, place in a mold and take to a preheated medium oven (180ºC) for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Let it cool and then serve.

- 2 chopped bananas
- 2 cups of rolled oats
- 1/2 cup of golden flaxseed flour

Method of preparation

Method of preparation
Grease individual souffle bowls, deep and glass or crockery, sprinkle with Parmesan and set aside. In a skillet, melt 1 teaspoon of butter over medium heat and fry the meat until golden brown.
