Ingredients:
- 4 cups of milk (tea)
- 2 tablespoons of cornstarch
- 1 cup (tea) of sugar
- Cinnamon powder to taste
Method of preparation:
Put the milk, corn starch, sugar in a pan and bring to medium heat for 10 minutes. Stir the ingredients until it thickens, without letting it stick to the bottom of the pan. Disconnect. Pour into individual bowls and sprinkle with ground cinnamon. Serve hot.
oat porridge

Time: 15 minutes
Performance: 2 servings

Ingredients:
- 5 tablespoons of rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 cups of milk (of your choice)
Method of preparation:
In a pan, with the heat still off, mix all the ingredients. Over medium heat, stir the ingredients slowly until they reach a boil. Lower the heat and continue stirring. Cook for about 10 minutes, until it has thickened. Serve hot, with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
Creamy corn cure

Time: 1 hour
Performance: 6 servings

Ingredients:
- 2 cans of drained corn
- 3 cups of milk (tea)
- 1 glass of coconut milk (200 ml)
- 1 cup (tea) of sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- Cinnamon powder to taste for sprinkling
Method of preparation:
Remove the corn kernels with a knife near the cob. Blend the milk in a blender until smooth. Pour into a clean tea towel or very fine sieve and squeeze well until all the liquid comes out. Place in a pan, add the coconut milk, sugar, salt and butter and bring to low heat, stirring, for 30 minutes or until it comes off the bottom of the pan. Pour into a medium refractory and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Sweet hominy with condensed milk and peanuts

Time: 1h30 (+ 12h soak)
Performance: 10 servings
Difficulty: easy
Ingredients:
- 1 pack of white hominy (500 g)
- 7 cups of water (tea)
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 5 cloves
- 7 cups of milk (tea)
- 3 cups of condensed milk (condensed)
- 1 1/2 cups peanuts, roasted, shelled and chopped
- Baby’s foot crushed at will
Method of preparation:
Put the little man in a large bowl, cover with water and leave to soak for 12 hours. In a large pot, place the hominy with the water, cinnamon, cloves and milk and cook over medium heat for 1 hour or until very soft, stirring occasionally. Add the condensed milk and peanuts and cook for another 10 minutes. Serve hot or cold, sprinkled with crushed kid’s leg.
