Globo’s debate among the candidates for the Presidency of the Republic has produced memes on social networks. Priest Kelmon (PTB) was the one that generated the most jokes during the meeting between the presidential candidates.
During the debate, Kelmon got his name confused by the candidate Soraya Thronike (União Brasil), who also called him “the priest of the June party”. Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva (PT) was another who stabbed the PTB presidential candidate. “You are not a priest, you are in costume.”
Father Kelmon’s clothes also attracted attention, as happened last Saturday, 24th, when he participated in the debate promoted by Estadão, Rádio Eldorado and other media. Kelmon came to the presidential race as Roberto Jefferson’s deputy and took over the lead role after Jefferson got his candidacy contested by the Superior Electoral Court (TSE).
