WHY USE AN ELASTIC BAND IN TRAINING?

According to the physical educator Vanessa Furstenberger, Elastic bands offer a number of benefits as they work together to strengthen joints and muscles, increase muscle strength and endurance, improve stretching and generate a relative increase in muscle volume.

“After a certain period of regular training, the bands end up losing intensity and must be used in some situations together with other equipment (in weight training, pilates, etc.), helping to improve the training”, warns Vanessa .
