Caramelized Onion Ingredients:

  • 4 tablespoons of margarine
  • 1 kg of onion cut into rings
  • 5 teaspoons of sugar
  • Salt to taste

Method of preparation:

For the filling, heat a skillet over medium heat, add the margarine, onion, sugar and salt. Lower the heat and cook, stirring occasionally. Continue like this until the onion is caramelized, soft and golden. Serve as an accompaniment to meats!
