Method of preparation
First heat a skillet with oil over medium heat and fry the bacon and sausage until golden brown. Add the meat, onion and sauté until all the water is gone. Then add the peppers, pepper and sauté for another 2 minutes. Then add the beans, the broth, season with salt and cook for 3 minutes. Transfer to a plate and serve with nachos and tortillas.

Filling
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1 minced clove of garlic
- 250 g of minced meat
- 100 g of thinly sliced Calabrian sausage
- 2 chopped tomatoes
- 1 can of drained green corn
- 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 yolk for brushing
Method of preparation
For the dough, put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix. Knead until the dough is smooth and comes off your hands. Cover and let it rest for 50 minutes. While the dough rests, prepare the filling.
Heat the oil and brown the garlic, add the minced meat and sausage and fry until golden brown. Add the tomatoes and corn. Add the chopped parsley, season with salt and pepper, remove from the heat and allow to cool. With a rolling pin open the dough, distribute the filling and close well forming a crescent. Brush with egg yolk and bake in a preheated oven until golden brown. To taste, garnish with parsley and cherry tomatoes.

- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 1 chopped green pepper
- 1 can of store-bought tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon of cumin

- 1 cup of cheese (diced)
- 1/4 cup cilantro (chopped)
- Lemon drops to taste
Method of preparation
In a pan, heat the oil over medium heat, brown the onion, garlic and pepper for 2 minutes. Add the tomato sauce, cumin and chilli sauce and cook for 5 minutes. Mix with cooked rice, cheese and cilantro. Lower the heat, cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Drizzle with lemon drops and serve with meat, poultry and fish.

- 3 ripe avocados

- 1 lemon juice

- 1 cup (s) of cream cheese
- juice of 2 lemons
- Salt to taste
Parsley
- 3 chopped seedless cherry tomatoes
- 1 chopped red onion
- 1/2 seedless red pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup cilantro (chopped)
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley (green)
- Parsley leaves to decorate
- Cheese corn tortilla for garnish
Method of preparation
For the guacamole, remove the pulp from the avocados and mash them with a fork until you get a grainy paste. Add the onion, tomato, pepper, lemon juice and season with salt. Mix until smooth. Reserve. For the sour cream, beat the cold fresh cream in an electric hand mixer until frothy. Turn off, add the ricotta, lemon juice, salt and beat just to mix. Reserve. For the sauce, mix all the ingredients in a bowl and set aside. To assemble, in transparent cups, make layers of guacamole, sour cream and salsa. Decorate with parsley leaves and serve garnished with the tortilla.

- 4 slices of bacon
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 2 sesame burger buns
- 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 2 lettuce leaves
- 2 thinly sliced tomatoes
- 1 thinly sliced red onion
Hamburger
- 400 g of minced beef steak
- 100 g of ground duckling
- 50 g of ground bacon
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- olive oil for grilling
guacamole
- Pulp of 1 ripe avocado
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 tablespoon of grated onion
- 1/2 seedless red pepper, chopped
- Salt to taste
Method of preparation
For the guacamole, mash the avocado pulp with the lemon juice until it forms a paste. Mix the rest of the ingredients and set aside. For the burger, mix the minced meat until it forms a homogeneous mixture. Divide into 2 parts and shape 2 burgers. In a non-stick pan, fry the bacon slices in their own fat, over high heat, until golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper, allow to cool, break into large pieces and set aside.
In the same pan, fry the burgers in oil for 5 minutes per side, sprinkling with a little salt. Place 2 slices of cheese on each and cover with a lid until the cheese melts. Open the bread in half and whip.
Spread 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise on each loaf. Divide the lettuce between the sandwiches. Make a layer of tomato, a layer of onion, the burger with cheese, bacon and guacamole. Cover with the other half of the bread and that’s it!
