ingredients

  • 1 serving of fruit of your choice (strawberry, mango, grape or even pineapple)

Method of preparation

First, freeze the fruit of your choice in the freezer overnight. Once frozen, go to the blender. The texture of the ice cream will be obtained from the frozen fruit itself. If you prefer, add some sweetener or honey.

ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 jar of natural yogurt (200 g)
  • 1/3 cup (tea) of oil
  • 1/2 cup (tea) of sugar
  • 1/3 cup (tea) of honey
  • 1 cup (tea) of wheat flour
  • 4 tablespoons of oatmeal
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of ground ginger
  • 1 heaping tablespoon of baking powder
  • Wheat flour for flour

  • 1 diced green apple
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 2 tablespoons of light margarine or butter

Method of preparation

Beat the eggs, yogurt, oil, sugar, honey, flour, salt and ginger in a blender. Add the yeast and mix with a spoon. Pour into a greased and floured medium pan. In a bowl, mix the apple with the juice. Add the sugar, honey and butter. Mix well and spread on the dough. Bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool and unmold.

  • 1 box of strawberries
  • 1 cup of plain yogurt (170 g)
  • 300 g of yam, peeled into cubes

Method of preparation
