Cinnamon Apple Pie Ingredients:
- 2 packs of cornstarch cookies (400 g)
- 5 tablespoons of butter
- 5 apples, peeled and diced
- 5 tablespoons of sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon of ground cinnamon
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 3 gems
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence
- 1 cup (tea) of milk
- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
- 1 can of sour cream (300 g)
- 1 sachet of unflavored powdered gelatin
- Powdered sugar and cinnamon for sprinkling
Method of preparation:
In a blender, chop the biscuit, transfer it to a bowl and mix with the butter. Line the bottom and sides of a medium mold with a removable edge. In a saucepan, put the apple with the sugar and bring to medium heat. Cook until soft. Divide into two parts and beat one of the parts in the blender with the cinnamon and blend the apple without beating. Reserve.
In the blender, beat the condensed milk with the egg yolks, vanilla, milk and corn starch. Place in a saucepan and put over medium heat, stirring until it thickens. Allow to cool and mix the cream and melted gelatin according to the instructions on the package. Pour the cream into the mold and place the other part of the apple on top. Sprinkle with sugar mixed with cinnamon and refrigerate for 4 hours. Remove from the mold and serve immediately, to taste, garnished with mint leaves.
