Panettone Cupcake Ingredients:
- 3 eggs (whites and yolks separated)
- 2 cups sugar (tea)
- 2/3 cup (tea) room temperature margarine
- 1 cup of milk (tea)
- 2 1/2 cups (tea) wheat flour
- 1/2 cup chopped Brazil nuts (tea)
- 1/2 cup candied fruit (tea)
- 1 tablespoon of chemical yeast
- 1 tablespoon of panettone essence
- Chopped chestnuts and candied fruit to decorate

Method of preparation:
Beat the egg whites in a mixer and set aside. In another bowl, still using the mixer, beat the egg yolks, sugar and margarine for 3 minutes.
