Matcha Cake Ingredients:
- 2 cups of wheat flour
- 1 cup unsalted butter at room temperature
- 1.2 cups sugar or sweetener of choice
- ¼ cup fresh cream;
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon(s) baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of matcha
- 1 pinch of salt
Method of preparation:
Put the sugar or sweetener with the butter in a mixer until you get a creamy mixture. Beat the eggs separately and add the previous mixture until you obtain a full-bodied mixture. Little by little, mix the wheat flour with the cream a little at a time until you feel it take consistency. Finally add a pinch of salt, yeast and matcha.
