Ingredients:
- 3 eggs (whites and yolks separated)
- 1/2 cup butter (tea)
- 2 cups sugar (tea)
- 1 teaspoon(s) of cinnamon
- 2 cups wheat flour (tea)
- 1 cup rolled oats (flaked)
- 2 cups of milk (tea)
- 2 seedless apples, chopped
- 1/2 cup seedless black raisins
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- Margarine and wheat flour for greasing and flouring
Method of preparation:
- Beat the egg whites in a mixer and set aside
- In another bowl, still in the planetary mixer, beat the egg yolks, butter, sugar and cinnamon until you get a whitish and frothy cream.
- Add the flour and oats alternating with the milk until smooth.
- Then add the apple, raisins, yeast and mix with a spoon.
- Add the egg whites and mix gently
