Ingredients:

  • 500 g of twice ground duckling
  • 1 grated onion
  • 4 tablespoons of chopped parsley
  • 3 tablespoons of chopped mint
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for greasing

  • 4 tablespoons of lemon juice

Method of preparation:

  3. Heat a large, thick frying pan greased with oil and brown it for 3 minutes on each side or place it on a grill 15 cm from the embers.
  4. Blend the garlic, juice, salt and mint in a blender.
  5. Gradually add the oil, continuing to beat, until thickened.
  6. Keep in the fridge.
  7. Arrange the kaftas on a plate and serve with the sauce garnished with mint leaves.
