- neroli essential oil
- lavender essential oil
- patchouli essential oil
- Hot water
- 1 quartz crystal
How to do
In a bowl of warm water, add 2 drops of mind-body healing neroli essential oil, 2 drops of lavender oil for relaxation, and 2 drops of patchouli oil. Place a quartz crystal in water to amplify your intention and leave it for 1 hour.
“Ask your body what it needs to be healthy and let the answers come to you in the form of pictures or words. Visualize yourself spending time in nature. Notice how these things make you feel and ask your Higher Self if there is something that will help you overcome resistance to change,” explains Kélida.

Light a yellow candle to represent your personal power and call upon the Earth Mother Demeter, Goddess of the Harvest, to help you manifest your dreams and purpose. Add a carnelian crystal for creativity.
“While you’re in the shower or bath, imagine any thought or limiting feelings go down the drain so you can focus on all the positive things towards your goal,” comments the spiritualist.
