1. Ginger tea with apple

  • 1 apple, peeled and diced
  • 1 tablespoon of grated ginger
  • 300ml of water
  • Brown or demerara sugar (optional for sweetening)

Method of preparation:

In a saucepan, boil the water. Then, in a cup, add the apple, ginger and boiled water. Cover it with a saucer or saucer, to muffle and infuse for 20-25 minutes. Now just wait for it to cool and drink. If you want to sweeten, use a little sugar.

3. Refreshing green juice

  • 1 medium cabbage leaf (you can remove the stem)
  • 1 medium slice of pineapple
  • 1 kiwi, peeled and cut into cubes or slices
  • 1 teaspoon(s) of grated ginger
  • 300ml of water

Method of preparation:

In a blender, mix all the ingredients. The advice is to let it work well for at least 3 or 4 minutes, so you don’t have to filter the juice and then consume the fibers together with the drink. It’s ready! If you like, add some ice.

4. Drink with flavored water

  • 1 orange cut into slices
  • 2 lemons cut into 4 parts
  • 1/2 cucumber cut into slices
  • 15-20 mint leaves
  • 1L of cold water with or without gas

Method of preparation:

Wash the ingredients well and cut them into thin and thick slices (it is not necessary to peel them, this will make the drink visibly more beautiful). Now, mix everything in a jar and let it sit for a period of 3 to 4 hours.

5. Apple and pineapple tea
