Tenderloin and cheese skewer

Ingredients:
- 1 pack of coalho cheese skewers (380 g)
- 20 medium cubes of roast tenderloin
- 10 cherry tomatoes cut in half
Sauce
- 1 cup basil leaves (tea)
- 1/2 cup olive oil (tea)
- 1/2 cup Parmesan (grated)
- salt to taste
Method of preparation:
- Remove the ricotta from the wooden skewers, cut into cubes and grill in a nonstick skillet over medium heat until golden brown on all sides.
- Assemble the skewers on bamboo sticks, placing a cube of tenderloin, a cube of grilled coalho cheese and half a cherry tomato.
- Arrange on a plate and reserve.
- Blend the ingredients for the sauce in a blender, pour over the skewers and serve immediately.
