Tenderloin and cheese skewer

Time: 40 minutes

Difficulty: easy

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of coalho cheese skewers (380 g)
  • 20 medium cubes of roast tenderloin
  • 10 cherry tomatoes cut in half

Sauce

  • 1 cup basil leaves (tea)
  • 1/2 cup olive oil (tea)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan (grated)
  • salt to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. Remove the ricotta from the wooden skewers, cut into cubes and grill in a nonstick skillet over medium heat until golden brown on all sides.
  2. Assemble the skewers on bamboo sticks, placing a cube of tenderloin, a cube of grilled coalho cheese and half a cherry tomato.
  3. Arrange on a plate and reserve.
  4. Blend the ingredients for the sauce in a blender, pour over the skewers and serve immediately.
