With only 2 ingredients, it’s delicious and healthy, and you can serve it plain or taste it!



Ingredients (5 portions)

1 liter of whole milk type A (whole)

1 pot of unsweetened natural yoghurt (170 g)

Method of preparation

1. Boil the milk and wait for it to cool down (when you stick your finger in it, it doesn’t burn).

2. Add the yogurt and mix well.

3. Transfer to the bowl it will be stored in, cover and wrap with towels.

4. Let stand at room temperature for about 8 hours or until solidified.

5. Take it to freeze and consume it as you like (with fruit, muesli, honey, etc.).

6. You can withdraw a portion to prepare another batch.

7. If you prefer to flavor it, drain the mixture on a sieve lined with a cloth to make it firmer and blend everything with the fruit of your choice.
