- 1.2 kg of boiled and mashed potatoes
- 2 yolks
- 1/2 cup cornstarch (tea)
- 4 tablespoons of melted butter
- salt to taste
- Butter for greasing
- 1 cup tomato sauce (tea)
- 1 cup mozzarella (grated)
Filling
- 3 tablespoons of butter
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- 3 cups cooked and shredded prime rib
- 2 chopped tomatoes
- 1 can of tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley (minced)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Method of preparation:
- For the filling, in a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and saute the onion and garlic for 3 minutes.

- 1 and 1/2 cups precooked cornmeal
- 5 cups of water (tea)
- 1 cup of milk (tea)
- Salt, black pepper and chopped parsley to taste
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- 2 chopped seedless tomatoes
- 1 kg of dried meat desalted, cooked and minced
- 1/2 cup chopped green olives
- 1 cup (tea) catupiry
- 50 g of grated parmesan
Method of preparation:
- In a saucepan, put the cornmeal dissolved in the water, the milk, the salt and the pepper and bring to a low heat, stirring until it boils.
- Cook for 10 minutes, stirring constantly until slightly thickened. Reserve.
- In another skillet, over medium heat, heat the oil and saute the onion and garlic for 3 minutes or until golden brown.
- Add the tomato, the dried meat and brown for 5 minutes.
- Add the olives, salt, pepper, green perfume and switch off.
- Spread half of the polenta in a medium refractory, spread the dried braised meat, the catupiry and cover with the remaining polenta.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan and bake in a preheated medium oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve immediately.

- 2 diced mandioquinhas
- 2 sliced carrots
- 1 diced chayote
- 1 diced courgette
- 200 g of chopped green beans
- 1/2 bunch of broccoli in bunches
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 stalks of leek sliced
- 1 minced garlic clove
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 100 g of grated mozzarella
- 100 g grated parmesan

- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 tablespoons of wheat flour
- Salt and grated nutmeg to taste
- 2 cups of milk (tea)
- 1 box of cream (200g)
- 1/2 cup (tea) cream cheese
Method of preparation:
- Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat and stir in the flour.
- Add the milk and cook until thickened, stirring.
- Mix the milk cream, the ricotta, the salt, the nutmeg and switch off. Reserve.
- Cook the vegetables al dente. Reserve.
- Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium heat and fry the leeks and garlic until wilted.
- Add the cooked vegetables, salt and pepper and sauté for 2 minutes.

- 2 diced seedless tomatoes
- 1 diced onion
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup cream (milk)

- 250 g of diced cooked ham
- 250 g of diced mozzarella

- 1 piece of Italian bread
- 100 g grated parmesan
- Oregano to sprinkle
Method of preparation:
- In a bowl mix the tomato, onion, eggs, cream, milk, ham, mozzarella, salt and olive oil.
- Spread the bread on the bottom of a medium greased refractory, drizzle with olive oil and spread the filling on top.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan and bake in a preheated medium oven for 20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle with oregano and serve.

- 2 chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 cup corn (drained)
- 1/2 cup peas (drained)
- 3 cups cooked and shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup chopped green olives
- Salt and chopped parsley to taste
- 3 cups (tea) of catupiry
Method of preparation:
- Place a pan over medium heat with the butter and sauté the onion and garlic.
- Add tomatoes, corn, peas, chicken, olives, salt, parsley and sauté for 3 minutes.
- In a blender, blend the milk, the egg, the broth, the oil and the flour until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and spread a ladle of dough.
- Fry for 2 minutes on each side or until firm.
- Remove and repeat procedure with remaining dough.
- In a refractory medium, interlayer layers of dough and filling.
- Cover with the catupiry, sprinkle with Parmesan and bake in a preheated medium oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Serve.
