Refrigerator pudding

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup (tea) of milk
- 1 cup cream (milk)
- 1 teaspoon (coffee) of vanilla essence
- 1 sachet of unflavored gelatin powder
Syrup
- 1 cup (tea) of sugar
- 2/3 of a cup of warm water
Method of preparation:
- For the syrup, place a pan over medium heat with the sugar and cook until caramel colored.
- Then add hot water and stir until dissolved.
- Then pour 2/3 of the syrup into a 24cm diameter mold with a hole in the center and set aside.
- Blend the condensed milk, milk, cream, essence and gelatin prepared according to package directions in a blender until smooth.
- Pour into the mold over the caramel and refrigerate for 4 hours or until solidified.
- Finally remove, unmold, decorate with the remaining syrup and serve.
