  • 200 g of raspberries
  • 250ml of filtered water
  • 200 g of sugar

  • 50ml of organic gin
  • 20 ml of Sicilian lemon juice
  • 20 ml of raspberry syrup
  • 20 ml of albumin (pasteurized egg white purchased ready-made)

Method of preparation

Raspberry syrup

  1. In a blender, beat 200 g of raspberries with 250 ml of filtered water.
  2. In a pan, combine the result with another 200 g of granulated sugar.
  3. Stir until all the sugar is diluted and it reaches boiling point.

  1. Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake with ice for about 10 seconds.
  2. Open the shaker, remove the ice and shake again for another 6 seconds.
  3. Serve filtered through a sieve in a previously cooled bowl.
  4. Finish with a lemon wedge or raspberry stick.

Negroni

This is for those who like bitter drinks. A classic of cocktails, the negroni is a simple and delicious drink made with campari, vermouth and gin.   • 30ml pineapple gin
  • 30ml of Campari
  • 15 ml of dry Chardonnay wine
  • 15ml Red Vermouth

Method of preparation

  • 1 lemon
  • 20 ml of sugar syrup
  • 50 ml of white cachaça
  • Crushed ice

Method of preparation
