Ingredients:
- 500 g of soft wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon salt
- 1 sachet of dry organic yeast (10g)
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 cup warm water (approximately)
Method of preparation:
- In a bowl mix the flour, sugar, salt and yeast.
- Add the oil and mix with your hands.
- Gradually add the warm water, kneading until a soft dough is obtained.
- If necessary, add more water.
- Divide the dough into 10 portions, form balls, cover and leave to rest for 30 minutes.
- On a floured surface, open the dough with a rolling pin.
- Place side by side on a large floured baking sheet and bake in a preheated medium oven for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Leave to cool and serve.
