Ingredients:

  • 1 Japanese cucumber
  • 1 cup cherry tomato tea
  • 1 cup of black olive tea
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • buffalo mozzarella
  • Gorgonzola
  • Olive oil
  • balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and black pepper to taste



The result is a delicious salad!

Method of preparation:

Remove the peel part of the cucumber to decorate and cut it into not very thin slices. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half, keep the olives whole and add the onion into strips. Put the mozzarella and the pieces. In a bowl mix the olive oil, the balsamic vinegar, the salt and the pepper, mix well and pour the gorgonzola over the salad. Serve very cold.
