Ingredients:

  • 2 cups wheat flour (tea)
  • 2 cups cornstarch (tea)
  • 7 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 cup of butter (tea)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup (tea) of cream
  • margarine for greasing

  • 3 cups blackberries (fresh)
  • 5 tablespoons of sugar

Method of preparation:

  6. Place in a large greased skillet, side by side, and bake in a preheated medium oven for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
  7. Remove from the oven, let it cool and serve with the jam.
