Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup wheat flour (tea)
  • 1 1/4 cup (tea) milk
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • margarine for greasing
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan for sprinkling

Filling

  • 2 tablespoons of margarine
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 2/3 cup sliced ​​canned mushrooms
  • 1 1/2 cups diced ham (tea)
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Sauce

  • 3 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 2 cups of milk (tea)
  • Salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste

Method of preparation

  1. Whisk all the dough ingredients in the blender and set aside in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  2. Melt the margarine and fry the onion until wilted.
  3. Then add the mushrooms and ham and saute for another 5 minutes.
  4. Remove from the heat, add the parsley, salt and pepper to taste and set aside.
  5. Shortly after, melt the butter for the sauce and add the flour.
  6. Sauté for 2 minutes and add the milk a little at a time, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
  7. Season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg and set aside covered with plastic wrap to prevent skin from forming.
  8. Combine a small skillet with margarine and heat.
  9. Roll out 1/2 dough shell and turn to cover the whole bottom, let it harden, free the sides and brown them on both sides.
  10. Repeat the process with all the dough.
  11. Arrange the dough on a serving plate, spread the filling and fold into a crescent shape.
  12. Cover with the hot sauce, sprinkle with Parmesan and serve immediately.
