  • 1 tablespoon of corn starch
  • 1 liter of milk
  • 4 tablespoons of chocolate powder
  • 100 g of chopped milk chocolate
  • 1 box of cream (200g)
  • 1 teaspoon(s) of vanilla essence

Method of preparation:

  1. In a pan, combine the condensed milk, the cornstarch dissolved in the milk, the chocolate powder, the chopped chocolate and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens slightly and the chocolate melts completely.
  2. Then remove from heat and stir in the cream and essence.
  3. If desired, serve with ready-made whipped cream sprinkled with milk chocolate flakes.

Method of preparation:

  1. In a large skillet, bring the condensed milk, cornstarch dissolved in milk, chocolate powder, and dark chocolate over medium heat.
  2. Cook for a few minutes.
  3. Shortly after, add the cocoa liqueur cream, rum essence, sugar to taste and mix.
  4. Finally, remove from heat, leave to cool and serve.

  • 2 cups cocoa (powder)
  • Cinnamon powder and nutmeg to taste
  • Cinnamon flakes or whipped cream for garnish

Method of preparation:

  1. In a blender, beat the milk, condensed milk, sugar, cream and chocolate powder until smooth.
  2. Immediately after, transfer to a pan and bring to medium heat, stirring constantly, until it boils.
  3. Simmer for 3 minutes or until slightly thickened.
  4. Remove from heat and add cinnamon and nutmeg.
  5. Meanwhile, put the pan back on the low heat and keep stirring until the mixture thickens a bit.
  6. Finally switch off, decorate each mug as you like and serve piping hot.
