From the scalp, we have two situations. The first is the person who has little hair, such as in children. I mean, she’s not bald, because if she was, she could pass the pimp. Those with little hair are ideal for having physical protection, such as hats and caps. There are also spray guards, but there is no comparison to physical protection.
There’s sunscreen for the lips, but they don’t go beyond SPF 30, and for this reason it needs to be applied several times – also because when we talk, eat, drink, go in the water, spend money.
For the face, the ideal is that the application is done every two or three hours; already in the body, every three hours is enough.
Recalling that the time between 10 and 15 is the one in which we have the maximum solar incidence, both with raios UVBhow much GRAPE – the most harmful to the skin.
Far beyond mouth burns and even skin cancer, in more serious situations, another major problem to watch out for during the summer is simple herpes. Exposure to the sun, especially without protection, can dry out the skin, making it more vulnerable to the onset of the disease.
If your skin feels more sensitive after the days of exposure, take cooler showers, never hot and no heavy showers. For the mouth, make compresses with cold filtered water. Another alternative is to put some solid petroleum jelly on the lip which relieves the burn and protects the skin. On the scalp, despite being unpleasant, it can be a relief for nighttime moments.
If you get a blister or have severe pain, it’s best to see a dermatologist.
