Method of preparation

  • 1 egg yolk for brushing

Filling

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • 1 chopped seedless tomato
  • 400 g of minced meat
  • 1/2 cup chopped green olives
  • Salt, black pepper and chopped parsley to taste
  • 1 cup mozzarella (diced)

Method of preparation

For the filling, in a skillet over medium heat, heat the oil. Saute the onion and garlic for 3 minutes. Add the tomato, minced meat and saute until dry. Add the olives, season with salt, pepper, green perfume and cook for another 2 minutes. Turn off and leave to cool. Add the mozzarella and reserve.

Line the bottom and sides of a greased medium square refractory with the shortcrust pastry and spread the filling over it. Cut the pastry into strips and cover the cake by weaving the strips.   • 4 crushed garlic cloves
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 beef bouillon cube
  • 300 g of minced meat
  • 1 can of diced peeled tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup (tea) of water
  • Salt, black pepper and oregano to taste
  • 500 g of shortcrust pastry
  • 300 g of sliced ​​mozzarella
  • Grated Parmesan and diced fried bacon for sprinkling

  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 grated onion
  • 2 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 2 cups of milk (tea)
  • 1/2 cup cream (milk)
  • Salt and grated nutmeg to taste

Method of preparation

Take a pan over medium heat with the bacon and brown it in its own fat until golden brown. Collect the onion, garlic, bay leaf and saute for 3 minutes. Add the beef stock and saute for 2 minutes.

Take out the meat and saute for 4 minutes or until browned. Add the tomatoes, water, salt, pepper, oregano and cook over low heat for 10 minutes. Reserve. Place a pan over medium heat with the butter and saute the onion for 3 minutes.
