Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons of butter
- 6 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- 1 package of coarsely chopped cornstarch biscuits (200 g)
- icing sugar for dusting
Method of preparation:
- First, mix the condensed milk, butter and chocolate powder in a pan.
- Immediately after, bring to a simmer, stirring, until it boils and thickens slightly and turn off the heat.
- In the meantime, add the biscuit and mix.
- Spread into a 22cm x 30cm pan lined with cling film.
- Flatten with a spoon and cool completely.
- Develop, remove plastic wrap and cut into squares.
- Finally, roll in the icing sugar, put into molds and serve immediately.
