- 4 tablespoons of oil
- 2 skinless chicken breasts
- 1 chopped onion
- 3 minced garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
- 2 cubes of chicken broth
- 2 chopped seedless tomatoes
- 2 liters of hot water
- 2 sliced carrots
- 2 diced potatoes
- 100 g of chopped green beans
- 1 cup rice (washed and drained)
- 1/2 can drained corn
- Salt and chopped chives to taste
Method of preparation:
- Heat a pressure cooker with oil over medium heat and fry the chicken breast, onion, garlic, tomato paste, chicken stock and tomato for 5 minutes.
