After the testing phase, the results will be shared on trips around the world, with pop-up restaurants (temporary)starting from Copenhagen, where Noma was born.

THE Project names started in 2022, when chef René started selling products under the Noma brand. The first to be sold was the garum mushroom, which was an absolute success. The idea now is to expand the product line, create new flavors and new experiences.
