Gafisa said on Sunday that it had learned that manager ESH Capital Investimentos had filed for arbitration proceedings against the company and its executives, but has so far not been notified.
“Once duly convened and aware of the content of the arbitration, it will present a declaration to the allegations presented by the ESH,” he declared in a material fact to the Brazilian Commission of Securities (CVM).
The shareholder ESH Capital, founded by Vladimir Timerman, contested the capital increase of 78 million reais carried out by Gafisa, arguing that the formal rituals were not respected.
