Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh coriander
- 1 chopped red pepper
- 1 pinch of black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper sauce
- 1 cup Parmesan (grated)
- 1/2 can of spicy tomato sauce
- 1 chopped tomato
- 1 pinch of salt
Pasta
- 2 cups wheat flour (tea)
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cup (tea) vegetable shortening
- 4-6 tablespoons of ice water
- Soft wheat flour for flouring
Method of preparation:
- In a bowl, beat the eggs with a fork.
- Then add the milk, coriander, chilli, black pepper, hot sauce, cheese, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, salt and then mix
- For the dough, sift the flour and salt, add the vegetable fat and mix
- Gradually add the water until the mixture is compact.
- Meanwhile, using a rolling pin, roll out the dough on a floured surface.
- Line a medium springform pan or single molds with the dough and spread the filling over them.
- Bake in a preheated medium oven for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the filling comes out clean.
- Leave to cool before unmolding and serving.
Spicy eggplant salad

Weather: 1h (+1h of fridge)

Ingredients:
- 1 large aubergine cut into thin slices
- 1 cube of vegetable broth
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 medium onion cut into thin rings
- 3 crushed garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons of green odor
- 1 cup light soy sauce (coffee)
- 1 teaspoon(s) of grated ginger
- 5 pitted black olives, chopped
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Method of preparation:
- In a pan, cook the aubergines in water and with the vegetable broth, drain them and then set them aside
- In a non-stick pan, add the oil and sauté the onion and garlic until golden brown
- In a bowl, mix the garlic, onion, aubergines and other ingredients and put in the fridge for an hour. Serve as a salad or appetizer.

- 2 onions

- 4 eggs

Method of preparation:
- In the blender, beat the ingredients, except the flour, until it becomes a cream.

- 4 rump steaks (about 800 g)

- 1 yellow pepper, chopped

- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
Method of preparation:
- Heat a large, thick skillet with the olive oil and saute the steaks until golden brown.
- Reserve on a plate and keep warm.
- Meanwhile, in the same pan, fry the onion and pepper for 3 minutes over high heat, add the tomato and vinegar,
- Then season with salt and pepper and mix
- Sauté for 3 minutes and pour over steaks
- Sprinkle with green smelt and serve.
spicy butterflies

Weather: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
- 200 g of butterflies
- 1 liter of boiling water
- 15 g of fresh tomatoes
- 10 g of leek
- 15 g of sliced green olives
- 1 pinch of salt
- 15 g of sliced mushrooms
- 15 g of zucchini
- 15 g of aubergines
- 10 ml of olive oil
- 10 g of fresh basil
- salt to taste
- 15 g of sliced hearts of palm
- 150 ml of fresh tomato puree
- 1 pinch of cayenne pepper
Method of preparation:
- Cook the farfalle in salted water
- Cut the tomato into 1cm cubes and then set aside
- Then cut the leek into very thin rounds and set aside
- Cut the green olives (pitted) into rings
- Reserve the sliced mushrooms
- In the meantime, cut the courgettes and aubergines into 1.5 cm cubes, without removing the skin
- Toss in a pan with oil, basil and salt
- Put the olive oil in a pan, let it heat up and then add the leeks, the fresh chopped tomatoes, the aubergines, the courgettes, the chopped green olives and the hearts of palm
- Add the fresh tomato sauce and then a pinch of chilli.
- Add the cooked pasta and serve immediately.
checkered spicy chicken

Weather: 30 minutes

Difficulty: easy
Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons of oil
- 500 g of diced chicken breast
- 1 onion in strips
- 1 diced red pepper
- 1 bunch of broccoli in bunches
- 1/2 cup canned mushrooms (sliced)
- 1/3 cup (tea) roasted peanuts without shells for sprinkling
- 4 tablespoons chopped chives for dusting
Sauce
- 1/3 cup soy sauce (shoyu)
- 1/3 cup (tea) water
- 2 tablespoons of ketchup
- 2 tablespoons of pepper sauce
- 1 tablespoon of corn starch
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
Method of preparation:
- Over high heat, heat a pan with the oil and fry the chicken in 2 stages until golden brown
- Remove from heat and then set aside
- Meanwhile, in the same skillet, saute the onion and bell pepper 2 minutes or until wilted.
- Add broccoli, mushrooms, reserved chicken and saute for 3 minutes
- For the sauce, in a bowl, mix the soy sauce, water, ketchup, pepper sauce, cornstarch, sesame oil and pour into the chicken pan
- Cook for 2 minutes, remove from heat and pour into a serving dish.
- Sprinkle with peanuts and chives
- Serve immediately.
spicy parsley

Ingredients:
- 3 chopped seedless tomatoes
- 2 chopped onions
- 1 sliced Cambuci pepper
- 2 sliced chillies
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley (minced)
- 1/2 cup olive oil (tea)
- Juice of 2 lemons
- salt to taste
- Doritos®-style snacks to accompany
Method of preparation:
- In a bowl, mix the tomatoes, onions, peppers, parsley, olive oil, lemon juice and salt to taste.
