Walnut pie

  • 2 cups of wholemeal flour
  • 2 cups of warm skim milk
  • 1 cup of corn oil
  • 1 cup of tea sugar Brown
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • 150 g of chopped walnuts
  • 3 eggs
  • corn oil for greasing
  • Wholemeal flour for dusting
  • Walnuts of your choice to decorate

Method of preparation

In a mixer, beat the egg whites. Add the egg yolks, brown sugar and corn oil and beat for 4 minutes. Reserve. In a container put the wheat flour, the baking powder and mix well. Add the reserved mixture and mix well. Add the warm milk, nuts and mix to incorporate with the other ingredients.

Combine a form of English pie with corn oil and wheat flour. Place the dough on top, sprinkle with nuts and bake in a preheated oven at medium temperature for 30 minutes. Turn off the oven, wait for it to cool down, unmold and serve later.

  • 1 tea cup of coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup of coffee whole milk
  • 1 cup of cashew nut tea

  • 1/2 cup chopped cashews for garnish
  • Coconut oil for greasing

Method of preparation

In a bowl, put the milk powder, the coconut oil, the water, the honey and mix until you get a cream. Transfer the mixture to the blender, add the peanut flour and beat until smooth. Take it to the refrigerator to freeze and serve after.
