ingredients
- 500ml of coconut water
- 1 dessert spoon of Chia seed
- 2 kiwis, peeled and chopped
- 2 chopped green apples
- Ice cubes to taste
Method of preparation
In a blender, put the coconut water, kiwis and apples and blend until the fruits are finely chopped. Add the chia seeds and beat for another 3 minutes. Transfer the juice into a glass, add the ice cubes and serve immediately.
Pineapple juice
ingredients
- 1 pineapple peeled and chopped
- 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
- 3 green apples, seeded and chopped
- 300ml of orange juice
- 1 pinch of natural sweetener
Method of preparation
In a blender, place the pineapple chunks and orange juice and blend until well blended. Add the apples and chia seeds and beat for another 4 minutes. Transfer the juice to a glass, add the sweetener and serve immediately.
Papaya juice with orange
ingredients
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
- 500ml of water
- Juice of 3 oranges
- Pulp of 1 papaya
- Ice cubes to taste
Method of preparation

ingredients
- 500 ml of cold orange juice
- Two bananas
- 2 teaspoons of chia seeds

- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
- 4 cups seedless and chopped watermelon tea
- 1 cup of water tea
