ingredients

  • 500ml of coconut water
  • 1 dessert spoon of Chia seed
  • 2 kiwis, peeled and chopped
  • 2 chopped green apples
  • Ice cubes to taste

Method of preparation

In a blender, put the coconut water, kiwis and apples and blend until the fruits are finely chopped. Add the chia seeds and beat for another 3 minutes. Transfer the juice into a glass, add the ice cubes and serve immediately.

Pineapple juice

ingredients

  • 1 pineapple peeled and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
  • 3 green apples, seeded and chopped
  • 300ml of orange juice
  • 1 pinch of natural sweetener

Method of preparation

In a blender, place the pineapple chunks and orange juice and blend until well blended. Add the apples and chia seeds and beat for another 4 minutes. Transfer the juice to a glass, add the sweetener and serve immediately.

Papaya juice with orange

ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • 500ml of water
  • Juice of 3 oranges
  • Pulp of 1 papaya
  • Ice cubes to taste

Method of preparation

In a blender, put the papaya, orange juice, water and chia seeds and blend until the fruit is finely chopped. Transfer the juice into a glass, add the ice cubes and serve immediately.
