- 2 yolks
- 6 tablespoons of powdered milk
- 125 g of hydrogenated vegetable fat
Method of preparation
- Put the water, the egg yolks and the powdered milk in a saucepan, mix well and bring to the heat, stirring constantly, until it boils.
