Salmon with leek and cream cheese

Ingredients:
- 1 piece of salmon weighing 800 g
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon of minced ginger
- Salt and grated nutmeg to taste
- 4 tablespoons of butter

Method of preparation:
